Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing support across various functions, including customer service, sales coordination, inventory management, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, providing a positive and professional experience.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, both in-person and via phone or email.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide aftersales support to ensure customers' needs are met and any issues are addressed.
- Prepare and provide quotes for sales and aftersales services.
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule and facilitate repair services as needed.
- Actively seek ways to enhance and improve customer service processes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Process sales invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring stock levels are tracked and maintained.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and handle various tasks efficiently.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Prior experience in administrative support or customer service is a plus.
