Please note that only applicants currently residing in Mauritius will be considered.
- Carry out all necessary curative and preventive painting and masonry work within and outside the building.
- Participate in masonry and painting projects.
- Keep up a level of general knowledge that allows you to address little issues in every area of the department.
- Take care of any maintenance and repair needs within the hotel's grounds.
- Fix and maintain the lighting, furniture, and equipment in the guest rooms.
- Help with the installation of the hotel's repair log and preventative maintenance systems.
- Set work priorities based on management's and guests' preferences.
- Tell the superior how the repairs are going and what the remaining expenses are and specify when it would be acceptable to think about replacing it.
- Keep track of all daily service work, including individual replacement costs and the cost of labor hours spent on tasks.
