- Mix and garnish drinks according to standard recipes or customer requests, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to understand their beverage preferences and offering recommendations.
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at the bar, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage the bar area efficiently, including stocking supplies, organizing inventory, and ensuring all necessary items are available for service.
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Assist with bar service for special events, such as banquets, conferences, and VIP functions, providing a high level of service to all attendees.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless integration of bar services with overall event operations.
- Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends, and industry best practices to enhance service and product offerings.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge related to bartending and guest service.
