About the Role
Our client is looking for a skilled Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to strengthen our internal technical team responsible for IT security and infrastructure support across the group. As a key player in our cybersecurity team, you will define and enforce security policies, investigate security incidents, and contribute to crisis management in case of cyberattacks. Your expertise will be instrumental in safeguarding our IT systems against emerging threats.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support & Security Management
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and service quality requirements (SLA, etc.).
- Act as the liaison between an outsourced SOC and internal service teams to maintain IT security.
- Develop and implement an IT recovery plan within the Business Continuity framework (PRA).
- Detect, analyze, qualify, and mitigate security threats.
- Identify threat sources, attack mechanisms, and block unauthorized access.
- Provide recommendations and corrective actions to enhance security.
- Guide internal teams on implementing security patches and preventive measures.
- Develop security procedures and raise awareness on cybersecurity risks.
- Report on security activities and delegated projects.
- Identify training and certification needs for team development.
- Lead cybersecurity projects and ensure timely delivery.
Security Enhancement & Compliance
- Continuously monitor software and hardware vulnerabilities.
- Implement security protocols and measures at the infrastructure level.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and quality standards.
Required Profile
- Education: Advanced degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Experience: 7 to 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role within an IT service center focused on cybersecurity.
- Certifications: ITIL knowledge and experience in an operational context is a plus.

- Solid technical knowledge for effective service delivery.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation skills with internal teams.
- Expertise in IT Infrastructure security:
- Cybersecurity threats and attack techniques.
- Experience with tools like Nessus for vulnerability assessment.
- Proficiency in network protocol analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark).
- Strong knowledge of network, software, and web application security.
- Access control and permission management in IT systems.
- Business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
- Identifying, auditing, and resolving security vulnerabilities.
- Understanding of IT system architecture and information security laws.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
Reporting & Work Conditions
- Reports to the Cybersecurity Team Leader.
- May require interventions outside regular working hours and on weekends.
