Job Purpose:
Our import/export company, Jayson Network Ltd, located in Phoenix, is growing quickly and looking for energized and motivated Sales Assistants to join our Sales team. Key duties:
The Sales Assistant shall assist in the showroom operational needs by ensuring core functions, such as assisting customers in buying decisions, optimum stock control and excellent customer service.
- Learn about the range of products we have and their purpose
- Should assist in merchandising and housekeeping of the store. Take client orders through calls, face to face interactions or online.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries
- Duties include receiving and directing visitors
- Word processing, creating spreadsheets, filing and data entry
- Maintain and follow credit terms and payments
- Computer literacy and admin knowledge to compute sales transaction
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Report sales trends to Head Office
- Additional duties may arise according to circumstances
Qualifications and Skills:
- SC or HSC holder with Basic Understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience on sales floor
- Prioritise customer care. Greet and assist customers in store.
- Be punctual, Responsible and Professionally Presented
- Possess a cheerful, friendly and 'Can do' attitude
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Experience in building construction industry required
- Be professionally presented
