Senior Content Publisher
The Senior Content Publisher is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our customers' digital platforms by utilizing various Content Management Systems (CMS) including AEM. The role involves creating, migrating, and managing content while ensuring the highest quality standards and seamless user experience. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, consulting skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Maintenance and Creation:
o Manage and update content on clients' digital platforms using diverse CMS tools. o Create new content pages, features, and applications in line with customer requirements.
o Assist in migrating content from one system to another, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
2. Requirement Analysis and Implementation:
o Receive and analyze client briefs to ensure completeness and clarity.
o Communicate with clients to resolve missing information or ambiguities, demonstrating strong consulting skills.
o Offer alternative solutions if the clients initial requirements do not meet best practices or technical feasibility.
3. Quality Assurance:
o Conduct thorough self-reviews of content before submitting for Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure it meets both internal and client standards.
o Address and resolve any errors, such as typos, formatting issues, and functionality problems, prior to delivery.
4. Client Interaction:
o Maintain open and professional communication with clients to discuss content needs, provide updates, and handle feedback.
o Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic content and design recommendations to enhance user engagement and experience.
5. Technical Expertise:
o Utilize basic HTML and CSS skills for content customizations or troubleshooting as required.
o Collaborate with technical teams for complex issues or system-specific requirements.
6. Project Management and Team Collaboration:
o Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
o Handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities without compromising on quality.

Consultation and Problem-Solving:

o Address challenges such as 404 errors, incorrect pricing, or non-functional pages promptly and effectively.
Adherence to Standards and Deadlines:
o Ensure all content complies with established guidelines, brand standards, and accessibility requirements.
o Deliver projects within specified timeframes without compromising on quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
o Proven experience with CMS platforms in roles such as Content Manager, Online Editor, or similar.
o Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.
o Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with a structured approach.
o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
o Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality standards, from punctuation accuracy to content functionality.
