We are looking for an Assistant Team leader for our workshop based in Phoenix.
What will Be Your Role:
We are looking for an Assistant Team Leader, you will support the Team Leader in supervising a team of technicians, coordinating their activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining the quality and appearance of our static billboard displays & our Digital Out Of Home screens. You will also assist in adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines during installation and maintenance activities.
In addition to providing leadership and technical support, this role will involve handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team, including managing schedules, inventory, and documentation.
Effective communication with the Team Leader is essential for addressing concerns or requests related to billboards and representing the company in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Being a Team Player with a great personality is a requisite!
What Are the Requirements:
- Prior experience in a leadership role within the billboard installation, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to effectively lead and coordinate a team.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic electrical systems and construction techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualification minimum HSC
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
- Comfort with climbing ladders and working at elevated heights.
- Physical dexterity for manual tasks.
Preference will be given to candidates who reside in or near Phoenix & Plaines Wilhems.
