- Actively participates in the provision of excellent service to guests.
- Cordially welcomes guests on their arrivals and opens car doors.
- Converses with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Guides guests towards service outlets as and when requested.
- Unload guests luggage from vehicle and fills-in and attaches luggage tags for identification.
- Delivers luggage to guests room and collects guests luggage from his room on departure.
- Keeps record and is responsible for all luggage and other item kept in luggage room or luggage store.
- Help carry luggage during guests stay and room change.
- Cleans and sweeps the lobby area and luggage room to ensure cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
- Performs the deep cleaning of luggage room and front office area when requested.
