We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Assistant to join an amazing team. The ideal candidate will support the organization's data analysis, reporting, and IT infrastructure needs. This role involves developing reports, extracting and analyzing data, and maintaining IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
Main Duties:
- Develop reports using tools such as Crystal Report.
- Extract and analyze data to generate meaningful insights.
- Develop SQL queries and ETL solutions to obtain necessary data.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of reports.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance IT systems and infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-year professional experience in a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of relational databases and experience with RDMS (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
- Familiarity with Web Services/APIs (REST or SOAP).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Sage X3 BI).
- Software development experience with one or more languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java, JavaScript) is an advantage.
- Exposure to ETL, ELT, NoSQL, Power Apps, and Excel data reporting is a plus.
- IT Infrastructure Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of network technologies (e.g., TCP/IP).
- Exposure to IT Infrastructure and access management in an enterprise environment.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid car driving license.
