- Greet guests at the poolside bar with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Take drink and food orders from guests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Serve beverages and food to guests promptly and efficiently, adhering to service standards.
- Relay orders to the bar or kitchen staff and ensure timely preparation and delivery.
- Check in with guests to ensure their satisfaction with the service and address any issues or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the poolside bar area, including tables, chairs, and surrounding spaces.
- Ensure that the bar area is stocked with necessary supplies, including beverages, glassware, and utensils.
- Clear and clean tables and other surfaces after guests have finished, ensuring the area remains inviting for other guests.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages and maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Follow poolside safety procedures, including monitoring the pool area and ensuring guests are aware of any safety rules.
- Assist with service during special poolside events, such as parties or gatherings, ensuring that all guests are attended to, and their needs are met.
