Location: Shell M1
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Schedule: Day / Evening / Weekend shifts
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Refuel customers' vehicles
- Offer additional services such as windshield cleaning, checking oil and washer fluid levels, tire pressure, etc.
- Process payments (cash, credit, debit)
- Maintain cleanliness of the station (fuel pumps, service area, restrooms)
- Restock products in the convenience store, if applicable
- Report any mechanical or safety issues
- Follow all safety procedures, especially in the event of a fuel spill
Requirements:
- No experience necessary (on-site training provided)
- Physically fit (standing work, sometimes outdoors)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple customers
- Punctual, reliable, and customer service oriented
- Basic knowledge of payment methods and cash handling
Assets:
- Customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of auto mechanics
- Bilingual (French/English)
