Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Schedule: Day / Evening / Weekend shifts
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the cash register and handle all transactions accurately (cash, debit, credit)
- Sell fuel and in-store items (snacks, beverages, car products, etc.)
- Monitor fuel pumps and assist customers if needed
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts
- Maintain cleanliness of the cashier area and store
- Restock shelves, fridges, and display areas as needed
- Follow safety and security procedures
- Report any issues to the station manager
Requirements:
- Prior experience in cashiering or retail is an asset, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working alone or as part of a small team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Assets:
- Experience in a gas station or convenience store
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory tasks
- Bilingualism (French/English)
