Job Purpose:
The job incumbent shall be responsible for the general maintenance and repairs of HVAC equipment and systems.
Key duties:
- Follow all periodic maintenance and servicing schedule for the various HVAC services equipment in the Hospital.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of various HVAC equipment.
- Maintain records and files on equipment repairs and inspection activities.
- Establish and maintain cordial relations with manufacturers, suppliers and Hospital user departments to expedite information exchange and timely attention and response.
- Use tools and equipment with regards to established Health and Safety rules
Qualifications and Skills:
- NTC 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar field.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work on shifts and flexible.
