As a Tableau Developer you are responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art dashboards, reports and BI data models. You provide our internal departments and clients teams with high-quality, insightful and compelling solutions based on all relevant company data.
You will collaborate closely with an agile team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Engineers and Software Developers to transform business requirements into data driven solutions. Through your work, you make a significant contribution to our product and services offering.
Your daily work will contain:
- Developing and optimizing visually appealing and engaging dashboards/reports using Tableau
- Integrating multiple data sources in complex semantic and physical layers in order to provide prepared and high-quality data
- Collaborating with stakeholders to obtain, assess and transform business requirements into technical solutions and consulting them as a BI expert
- Coordinating the required underlying lakehouse structures with Data Engineers
- Adapting existing data models, reports and dashboards to accommodate changes in source systems and new business requirements
- Providing second-level support to power users who develop reports on behalf of their departmental colleagues
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE
Several years of professional hands-on experience in report and dashboard development in Tableau
Several years of professional hands-on experience with data preparation, data modeling or analytics engineering in BI Tools and BI backend layers (e.g. Tableau Prep, DBT, Databricks)
Knowledge of relational and multidimensional database concepts and design Tech Stack
