Job Description
1. Integration and deployment of advanced enterprise-grade LAN/WAN solution
networks.
2. Field deployment & configuration of enterprise-grade network equipment, such as high-end
switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points and various other technologies/solutions
as per industry standards.
3. Where required, produce design and technical documentation (SoW, LLD, HLD, schematics, technical
report).
4. Deliver project excellence on customer sites by working with Project & Account Managers.
5. Proactively keep up to date with new & emerging technologies.
6. You'll be expected to be flexible with working times & travel due to customer locations &
downtime constraints.
7. Providing top-level support to various customers locally and regionally.
Candidate profile
1. Comprehensive understanding of networking concepts & solutions, including the latest security
best practices.
2. Demonstrate a passion for customers & delivering service excellence.
3. Working technical knowledge of network control and security protocols.
4. In-depth understanding of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN,
wireless networking, VPN, firewall technologies and SD-WAN.
5. Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
6. Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
7. Strong customer service orientation with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Vendor certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, and NSE4 are highly desirable.
9. A relevant Bachelor's degree would be an advantage.
10. Minimum 5 years in a similar position.
