Job Purpose:
Manage the front desk, welcoming guests, directing inquiries, and maintaining a tidy reception area, while also handling administrative tasks like scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
Key duties :
Greeting and Directing Visitors:
- Welcoming guests, determining the purpose of their visit, and directing them to the appropriate person or location.
Answering and Managing Phone Calls:
- Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls, taking messages, and providing information to callers.
Maintaining a Professional Reception Area:
- Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
Administrative Tasks:
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintaining office records and files.
- Assisting with basic clerical tasks like photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanour and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Minimum requirements: HSC.
