Your tasks:
You take over the maintenance of our customers' digital platforms via various content management systems. You receive a briefing from the customer, check it for completeness and implement it promptly. If there is missing content or questions, you approach the project team or the customer to receive the answers needed to fulfil the job. At the same time, you are the customers consultant, recommending things and helping the customer with his requirements. If the requirements do not match, you suggest solutions. You critically check your own work before handing it over to QA management - because 100% clean performance is as important to you as it is to our customers!
You have:
- Relevant experience with content management systems, e.g. as part of a job as a content manager, community manager, online editor, account manager, etc.
- You quickly get to grips with new tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in English (German is an advantage).
- Consulting skills and solution-oriented thinking
- A comma error has the same importance for you as a 404 unreachable page.
- Pragmatism and a support/service mentality
- Speed - without giving up your quality standards
- Ability to work in a team, commitment, initiative. You stay in a good mood even when doing routine tasks.
- Adherence to deadlines
- Logical-abstract thinking and the ability to understand complex issues
- HTML and CSS knowledge is a great advantage
