Job Purpose:
The job incumbent shall be responsible for performing minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment.
Key duties:
- Perform minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled plan.
- Report any defective equipment or non-conforming condition and bring corrective action.
- Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
- Ensure all emergencies are dealt properly and accurately.
Qualifications and Skills:
- NTC 3 certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
