Job Purpose:
The job incumbent shall be responsible to ensure the cleanliness and the disinfection of the patients rooms, the building and all the flat surfaces areas as well as to assist the nursing staff in their duty in order to ensure that patients are satisfied with the service they receive.
Key duties:
- To clean consultation rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices and patient rooms.
- To keep the front of the building free from trash and dirt.
- To clean and maintain all equipment daily.
- To perform daily assigned tasks in consultation rooms, toilets, lifts, back areas, terrace, etc.
- To follow up a special schedule given by the housekeeping supervisor or any other manager.
- To comply with Lost and Found Policy.
- Responsible for maintaining monthly inventory in the housekeeping department.
- Responsible for following departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualification required- Form 3 or above.
- Minimum of 1-year experience.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, attention to details.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Able to work on shift system and be flexible.
