Job Purpose:
The job incumbent shall be responsible to take patient and visitor food orders in a timely manner and in accordance to prescribed diets.
Key duties:
- Take menu orders assigned for both patients and attendants.
- Responsible for accuracy of diet planning which is prescribed by the dietitians.
- Monitor diet changes and new admissions.
- Answer phone calls pertaining to menu orders, changes, feedback and complaints.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum HSC qualification.
- 1 Year experience in the Hospitality/Healthcare Institute.
- Basic Computer Literate.
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures.
- Good communication in English and French.
- Interpersonal Skills.
