Job Purpose:
The job incumbent shall be responsible for providing high standards of customer service at Café and Canteen.
Key duties:
- Provide high standards of customer service (both service and cashiering duties) at Café and Canteen.
- Ensure strict adherence to customer service, safety standards, hygiene, sanitation and tidiness at all times while performing the related duties.
- Checks with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take corrective actions where necessary.
- Always promotes upselling of food products.
- Ensure that a good image of the company is being displayed at all times by dealing courteously with customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Secondary Education.
- A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar position.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Good communication and numerical skills.
- Customer focus and attentive to details.
- Ability to work on pressure and shift system.
