Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner, providing information and support in English and German.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests.
- Address and manage guest feedback, both positive and negative, and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and special requests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in our system.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating guest events or special functions when required.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the overall guest experience based on feedback and observations.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in guest services or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing guest needs.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
