- As needed, steps in to cover any station used for cooking or preparation.
- Ensures adherence to cost control and quality standards by keeping an eye on production processes and making necessary adjustments.
- Helps the Executive Sous-Chef, Sous-Chef, and Chef de Cuisine standardise recipes for all food service locations while taking costs, popularity of dishes, and client preferences into account.
- Keeps abreast with the most recent innovations in cooking and culinary trends.
- Carries out extra relevant tasks as needed.
