Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Administrative and Sales Support to join an amazing team. For this position, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our store. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, facilitating transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed.
- Guide customers to specific products and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Refer complex inquiries or requests to the store manager for resolution.
- Maintain adequate product inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Keep the store environment clean and organized to ensure a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, issuing receipts, and managing credit facilities.
- Monitor and manage credit client accounts, including tracking monthly payments and maintaining detailed records.
- Utilize IT skills to communicate with customers and promote products on social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and TikTok.
- Create engaging content, including videos and photos, to showcase products and increase sales.
- Research promotional details and pricing information to address customer queries and resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Proactively seek feedback from customers to improve service quality.
- Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in a similar role as an Administrative and Sales Support
- Minimum qualification of SC/HSC.
- Age between 25 to 40 years old.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Morality certificate required.
- Must be physically fit to perform job duties.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including social media platforms and basic video/photo editing.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
