Role Overview:
As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting various operational and administrative functions, including human resources, procurement, stock management, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with tasks such as managing attendance, processing permits, and coordinating employee schedules.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes as needed.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, place orders, and track deliveries.
- Maintain procurement records and inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to meet operational requirements.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Follow up on customer orders and inquiries to ensure satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by customers promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in the field will be an advantage.
- Knowledge in agriculture is an advantage but not a prerequisite : on the job training shall be provided.
