Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth. You will work closely with departmental managers to to identify and recruit the right candidates for their respective teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, agencies and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
Collaborate with departmental managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Utilize recruitment tools effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, employment laws, and best practices.
Experience using, social media such as LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in technical or niche recruiting.
Employer branding and talent marketing experience.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
