We are looking for a Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support our data-driven decision-making processes. In this role, you will develop reports, extract and analyze data, and create interactive dashboards using BI tools like Power BI and Tableau. You will also assist in ETL processes, optimize data pipelines, and support business applications. ✅ Report Development & Data Extraction

Create and maintain business reports using tools like Crystal Reports, Power BI, or Tableau.
Extract, transform, and analyze data from relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL).
Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and structure data efficiently.

✅ Business Intelligence & Data Visualization

Design interactive dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
Work with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or Sage X3 BI) to present insights.
Identify trends and patterns in business data to drive process improvements.

✅ ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Processes

Assist in developing ETL workflows to move and integrate data from multiple sources.
Maintain and optimize data pipelines for improved performance and reliability.

✅ Software Development & Automation (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

Use scripting languages (Python, C#, Java, JavaScript) to automate reporting tasks.
Develop simple applications or scripts to improve data processing efficiency.

✅ IT & Data Security

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security when handling sensitive business information.
Understand network security principles, TCP/IP, and enterprise access management.

✅ General IT Support (Secondary Duty)
