Job Purpose: As a waiter/ress you will be responsible for taking and serving food and beverage orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. As the front representative of DY & Jo Business Companigne LTD hospitality arm, the Serveur en salle/Salle is committed to upholding the companys standards of excellence, contributing to a positive team atmosphere, and ensuring that each customer enjoys a pleasant and memorable visit. Key duties: • Greet customers and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome. • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers. • Ensure that all food and drinks are prepared and served according to company standards. • Provide recommendations and answer any customer inquiries about menu items - Maintain a clean and organized dining area. • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner. • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food items. • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately. • Upsell menu items and promote specials to customers. • Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards at all times. • Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment. Required Profile and Qualification and Skills: • High school diploma or equivalent, would be a plus • 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent customer service skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. • Basic math and cash handling skills. • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and menu items. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends If you are a highly motivated and experienced  Waiter, we want to hear from you!
