You will work closely with the management team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests while also ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Key duties: • Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service. • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked bar. • Create and maintain a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests, ensuring their satisfaction with the service and products. • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including promotions and special events. • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and maintained at all times. • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve the overall bar operations. • Keep track of sales and expenses, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvements. • Create, propose elaborate cocktails. Required Profile and Qualification and Skills: • School diploma or equivalent in hospitality or a related field preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Knowledge of inventory management and cost control. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
