Job Purpose: As a Barman/ Barmaid, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages. You will also be in charge of maintaining the bar area, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times. Key duties : - Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. - Take drink orders and prepare them accurately and efficiently. - Create and serve cocktails and other specialty drinks. - Maintain a clean and organized bar area. - Ensure all bar equipment is in good working condition. - Stock and restock bar inventory as needed. - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures. - Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints. - Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and drink service. - Upsell and promote special drinks and promotions. - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. - Follow all company policies and procedures. Qualifications and Skills: - Previous experience as a Barman/ Barmaid in a fast-paced restaurant environment. - Knowledge of different types of drinks and their recipes. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
