Job Overview Demo Hotel is seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The selected candidate will prepare high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards expected in a luxury hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to hotel standards Ensure food presentation meets quality expectations Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen Monitor food stock levels and report shortages Follow food safety and HACCP procedures Assist in menu preparation and daily kitchen operations Work closely with chefs and kitchen team members Ensure equipment is properly maintained

Requirements

Requirements Previous experience as a Cook in a hotel or restaurant environment Knowledge of food preparation techniques Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations Ability to work under pressure Team-oriented attitude Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
