About the job Job advert: Sales Executive Department: Sales (Key accounts) Reporting: Sales Manager (Key accounts) Key Responsibilities Responsible to prescribe & sell decorative concrete on commercial and residential projects. Submit quotations to clients. Advise the client on the technicalities of decorative concrete, including preparation before casting, during casting, and end of casting/finishing. Organize and carry out meetings and product presentations with architects, clients, engineers, project management teams, and promoters. Work in collaboration with the company planning/logistics team and site execution team prior to committing with casting dates of customers. Attend to customer complaints and follow up solutions with the execution team. Provide forecast of works to enable production team to order raw materials and consumables. Prepare monthly and yearly budgets of the decorative segment. Work closely with the production team to ensure availability of raw material. Follow up on imported aggregates. Work closely with the operational placing team. Collaborate closely with R&D for new decorative concrete products and improvements. Required Profile and Qualification Sales experience. Ability to deal with commercial and residential project stakeholders. Good technical understanding or willingness to learn technical product details. Strong communication, presentation, and client follow-up skills.
