We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Consultant (ICT Sales Engineer) to help drive our growth by delivering cutting-edge ICT solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities As a key member of our team, you will: Develop a deep understanding of our ICT product portfolio Identify and engage potential clients who need innovative ICT solutions Build strong, lasting client relationships and understand their specific needs Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored ICT solutions Prepare and present proposals that clearly demonstrate the value of our offerings Negotiate and close sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in ICT technology Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department Required Profile and Qualification Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role Strong technical knowledge of ICT solutions Ability to identify, qualify, and translate customer needs into technical solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French Strong organisational and time management skills Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities Self-driven, results-oriented and able to build lasting client relationships Valid private car driving licence

Requirements

Required Profile and Qualification Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role Strong technical knowledge of ICT solutions Ability to identify, qualify, and translate customer needs into technical solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French Strong organisational and time management skills Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities Self-driven, results-oriented and able to build lasting client relationships Valid private car driving licence
