Key Responsibilities Ensure full compliance with licences, regulatory approvals, and proper operational setup of QSR outlets. Develop, implement, and enforce food safety standards, SOPs, and operational manuals. Monitor and drive sales performance across all channels to achieve revenue targets and KPIs. Recruit, train, coach, and manage staff while fostering a strong customer-centric culture. Conduct weekly outlet visits, audits, QAA checks, and implement corrective actions where needed. Oversee food cost control, inventory management, supply chain coordination, and stock audits. Manage workforce planning, staff productivity, scheduling, and overtime control. Maintain operational excellence, service quality, and consistent product standards across outlets. Ensure strong cash management, POS monitoring, financial discipline, and accurate reporting. Support business expansion, franchise development, marketing initiatives, and overall P&L performance. Required Profile and Qualification Experience in the same field will be an advantage Valid driving license
