Description
Job Purpose The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading the sales team, driving store performance, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining strong visual merchandising standards. Key Responsibilities ● Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets. ● Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance. ● Train and support new and existing team members. ● Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed according to company standards. ● Implement promotional displays and seasonal merchandising plans. ● Monitor product presentation, pricing, and signage. ● Ensure shelves and displays remain clean, organised, and fully stocked. ● Deliver and promote excellent customer service. ● Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally. ● Support opening and closing procedures. ● Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment. ● Maintain a safe, clean, and organised store environment. ● Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
● Previous experience in retail sales, with experience in a supervisory or team leader role. ● Strong leadership and communication skills. ● Good understanding of sales techniques and visual merchandising principles. ● Customer-focused with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. ● Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and flexible working hours.
