Profile
- 6 months of experience in the field of customer relations (customer service, aviation, call
- center).
- Minimum HSC
- Experience in the tourism or aviation field is a plus.
Your primary missions:
- Receive and handle inbound calls
- Ensure and provide quality of service to customers. That is, handling customer inquiries
- and complaints in a professional manner.
- Manage flight cancellations, rebookings and force majeure situations
- Develop and recommend changes to existing methods and procedures to increase the
- accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the Travel Operations department as a whole
- Report technical issues, and customer complaints, among others#
The skills we are looking for:
- Good level of English spoken and written
- Ability to synthesize information (written transcription for monitoring the client file).
- Comfortable to speak to clients on the phone
- Individual who enjoys teamwork.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and office software required.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment such as aviation.
- Individual with natural empathy, calm and calm.
