Job Duties and Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Assist to customer demand and needs
- Take Orders of Clients over the phone and manage WhatsApp
- Communicate with suppliers and assist in orders of purchases
- Knowledge of word processing systems and Excel
