About the job Telephonist/Invoicing Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process Invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Greet visitors, assist with inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Filing and data entry and backup on a daily basis.
  • Follow-up renewal for Government Licences.
  • Ensure purchase orders from customers are correctly Invoiced and avoid duplicate issues of invoices.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of School Certificate (SC).
-Previous experience in the required field is required.
-Good communication and customer service skills.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
-Computer literate Word,Excel.basic.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.

Salary: Rs16,500 - Rs18,000.
