Messenger

We are looking for a Messenger who is looking forward to build a strong relationship and career with Powersure Ltd. 
Location: Pailles

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Dispatch of letters and parcels and ensure that the jobs are being performed within the right time frame
-Delivery and pickup of couriers while ensuring accurate capture of the nature of the item/documentation in terms of issuer, receiver, and proper signature of dispatch books.
-To log in all dispatch duties which are performed during the day.
-Meeting customers for delivering of documents and collecting payments
-To mail document daily to Mauritius Post.
-To drive company vehicles to purchase consumable goods.
-To pay NTA and transfer of Vehicles.
-Basic filings and administrative tasks.
-To perform banking transaction on a daily basis.
-Other cognate duties.

Note: The messengers mean of transport will be a motorcycle. Please ensure to have a valid driving license and that you are at ease with driving a motorcycle.

REQUIREMENTS :
-Valid license for Motorcycle and car for more than 2 years.
-Good driving skills.
-Experience as Messenger would be an advantage.

-Good Interpersonal and communication skills (Written and Verbal).
-Good sense of planning and organizing.
