About your Role

  • Assist the Managers in successfully building clients cases in a
  • timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicating with existing clients via Whats app, email and phone calls.
  • VET documents.
  • Follow-up with clients on outstanding documentation.
  • Preparation of Online submission for Visa Applications.
  • Data entry and file submission management through Government Online portals.
  • Making follow up calls.
  • Responding promptly and effectively to clients and reporting line queries via phone, & emails.
  • Collaborate with other team members in the business for an effective and  positive outcome of client cases.
  • Participate to the company social media marketing when required
  • Participate actively to radio and newspaper interviews when required.

  • A flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Great diligence and a can do attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and French.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Capable to work individually after training session.
  • Able to take initiative when decision making is required.
  • Proficient in English and French.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Zoom and Teams.
  • Dress in a tidy and well-groomed manner and wear any uniform or company branded clothing when requested.

Working hours:

 Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5.00 p.m
