Technician

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain purified water dispensers and filtration devices.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to reverse osmosis, filtration, ion exchange, and ultraviolet light sterilization systems.
• Ensure timely response to service requests and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on water machines.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize water machine performance.
• Keep accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts used.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries professionally.

Requirements:

• Valid driving license (as the technician will be on the road).
• Technical background or relevant certification in water treatment, plumbing, or related field.
• Experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of water filtration systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
