About the job Corporate Administrator

Responsibilities

-Corporate secretarial and administrative duties for portfolio of clients.

-Client onboarding including incorporation of companies and statutory follow-up.

-Client due diligence.

-Ensure timely, accurate and quality responses to clients.

-Liaison with external parties such as regulatory bodies, banks, lawyers, etc..

-Proper maintenance of files and documents both physically and through the company's internal database.

College / University Education:

-A relevant qualification/degree.

Competencies:

-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

-High level of interpersonal astuteness.

-Highly motivated, capable of working independently and under pressure.

-Be able to work as part of a team.

-Demonstrate a client service mindset when servicing the client.

Experience

-At least 1 year experience in the Global Business Sector or equivalent.
