JOB SUMMARY
The Security Guard is responsible to maintain a safe and secure environment through patrolling and monitoring premises and other areas to prevent intrusion and incidents, such as theft or violence. He/She performs strict access controls, responds to incidents and reports suspicious activities on assigned sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Learn and understand sites specificities.
- Follow sites schedule of duties.
- Report attendance, observations, incidents, access controls in diary books.
- Perform strict access control by checking identity, authorizations and managing entries and exits on the assigned sites.
- Perform regular patrols, clocking and site checks and report all abnormalities or suspicious activities.
- Perform a proper handing and taking over.
- Actively observe security cameras and other monitoring systems where applicable.
- Respond promptly to alarms and other emergencies.
- Guide visitors and assigned sites personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least Form 3.
- A previous experience in the same field would constitute a definite advantage but is not compulsory.
