Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Coordinate administrative tasks to the highest quality standards, filing, sorting mail,
replying to email and updating records
Perform accounting duties under supervision of the Accountant.
Managing queries from suppliers and customers.
Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping.
Experience in accounting software and well conversant with Excel (using financial
formulas and creating spreadsheets)
Proven work experiences 2 years in administrative and accounting field with
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Higher School Certificates with Mathematics and Accounting
