Job Purpose:

The ideal profile will collaborate with the aftersales team by ensuring all necessary parts and components
are available when required. He/She will handle quote requests, proper advice to customers, partners and
dealerships. He/She will ensure accurate stock of spare parts and coordonate deliveries upon order.

Responsibilities :
He /she will be dealing with :

● requests for parts and materials from motor mechanics or customers on the phone or by
email;
● providing quotations for customers and giving them advice;
● selling parts to customers including garages, dealerships and members of the public;
● putting orders together and making deliveries;
● Be in charge of the storeroom and coordinate the stock and keep all records through excel.
● Participating to promotional events as and when required
● Handle warranty claims processing (relating to parts issues) and complete all relevant
administration promptly and accurately (including customer records and invoicing)
● Dealing with any other related duties

Qualifications and Skills:

● Sound knowledge of vehicle layout, parts catalogues and computer stock lists
