Must have more than 15 years of experience in the technology, sales or production field at top management level.

He/She will manage Operations/Client Service Team
Be an escalation point in case of any client service issues
Will be part of the senior leadership team of the company in Mauritius

He/She will handle every action which forms part of the service delivery (Ensuring quality, productivity improvement, implementation of best practices, process optimization…)
