Our Client is looking  for a ‘Customer Service Representatives’ Who will help customers with complaints and questions ,give customers information about products and services ,takes orders and process returns.

Job Description:

  • Provide general support and build engaging relationships
  • Actively offer all client products and benefits to customers on all interactions across mulitchannels
  • Identify the needs of the end user
  • Answer chats, calls and respond to social media queries & emails
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Manage, investigate and solve customer complaints till resolution
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Enter and update customer information into system
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Meets or exceeds quality and productivity goals assigned by management.

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor and portray the company in a positive light.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Must be bilingual: English and  French (fluently in both verbal and written form)
  • Previous customer service experience 6 to 12 months
  • Strong PC literacy
  • Strong customer orientation
    Availability to work shifts
