• High School Diploma, GED certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Fresher & Prior support experience of 1 year or above
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in French  language is mandate
  • Demonstrated competency in Mac / Windows / Chrome Operating systems
  • Basic understanding of iOS devices and MAC OS computers
  • Familiar in navigating through Handheld, Desktop, Laptop platforms
  • Deeply passionate about customer experience and making life simpler through technology
  • Good typing skills (30 to 35 WPM)
