Main purpose of the job:  As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will:

  • Professionally handle phone, email and face to face interactions with customers.
  • Ensure proper and timely follow-up of queries/complaints.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client, company and personnel information
  • Understand the different activities of the company to be able to answer queries.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Min High School Certificate with good results in French and English or a Diploma in Management
  • Excellent know-how of MS Office Excel and Word, Outlook
  • 1 years’ experience in a ‘customer care’ activity
  • Knowledge in medical insurance would be an advantage
