About the job PAYROLL OFFICER

Broad Function:

To carry out regular occupational safety and health audits to identify risks to safety and health of employees, of any other person within Saint Aubin Limitée and of any guests/person not in the employment of the employer.

Principal Responsibilities
-Ensure timely submission of salaries
-Manage monthly cheque payment listings.
-Generate and submit salary and attendance reports
-Handle salary advance requests and follow-ups.
-Verify overtime payments and tax calculations, including deductions.
-Confirm accuracy of bank account numbers in the payroll system.
-Monitor daily attendance.
-Manage leave requests and records.
-Assist in calculating emoluments.
-Ensure compliance with PRGF returns and other statutory deductions.
-Maintain payroll records through scanning and filing.
-Any other cognate duties.

Qualifications and Experience
-A degree in Management or a related field is required.
-At least 5 years of experience in payroll processing.
-Fully conversant with MS Excel [formula, pivot tool, vlookup charts]
-Knowledge of Sicorax HRMS would be an advantage
